Haven't heard anything about it - but that doesn't say anything. Unfortunately there has been some "Artists" which named their work "Axwell Mix" (though their work was just terrible)...
I guess the only one who can confirm this is Ax himself...
Do you have a sample?

It's not an Axwell remix, it' a remix done by Soulcast. It has some smililarities with Axwell's remix of "Turn on The Music" but is far from sounding like anything Axwell could have made.

Because liars know that there are tons of people searching in "insert your favorite p2p client" for new songs. If you search through Beatport i can assure you that this things don't happen ;D

Hi there, since today I got mailed twice about this post, I think it's time to clarify things... I'm Max from Soulcast. Yes, we did that remix for Universal Music UK, more than one year ago. Yes it's coming out now, No, we didn't upload it on eMule renaming the file as Axwell Mix. As a great fan of Axwell and of music in general, that would be the last thing I would do, and I'm quite surprised somebody even thinks that the artist would rename its own productions and upload them on eMule. What for? I don't think I need such a way to get popularity (plus, I don't see it as a good way to "get popularity" if you disguise yourself as someone else. After all, you all know that on P2P networks it's full of crap releases, fakes etc. put in place by various twats, virus spreaders and Media Defender-like agencies. So I think I can associate myself with Axwell when he said "I hate that shit", because it's just crap. Anyway, as somebody said above, if you go on beatport usually they write names correctly there -,-' Emule is a different story... What-evah! xx Max
