Hi, I'm new to the board but a massive fan of Ax, have managed to catch him live once so far and he blew me away! ;D Anyway I've recently gone from vinyl to totally cd and am struggling keeping track of all the tunes on my laptop, how does everyone organise their tracks and on what software? Also what software do you use for burning CD's/recording live mixes? Cheers JP

My life is a complete mess, but the one thing that isnt is my iTunes, everything is Album'd, Title'd Artist'd and Album art'd. it's perfect, even genre. I find iTunes is really easy for burning and just overall sorting. For Mixing songs/podcasts i use Acid Pro 6.0, pretty good.

Well, like raptus said, I guess iTunes is the best way for organising/burning you music (incl. tracklists).
You can import stuff which you bought at eg. beatport as well.
For organising your CD's (bag) - only UDG!

Cheers guys. iTunes is downloading as we speak!
Already got my UDG bag - might need to upgrade to the 240 one as it's rammed already!! No formula to it though everythings all over the place!
Long few days ahead i think labelling everything right
thanks again
